Privacy notice

Last updated 9 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data Auditon collects through this website, the trial request form, and the client portal, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

Who is responsible

Auditon Labs Ltd (ЕООД), of 3 Reznyovete Str., Boyana district, Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

Trial and contact requests

When you request a trial, or a demo or quote through the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company, the domain you want scanned, the scope details you choose to give (such as the number of endpoints, scan frequency, and audit date), your message if you write one, and the address of the page you sent the form from, including any campaign parameters in it. We use this to answer your request, check that you are entitled to request scanning of that domain, and set up your trial or prepare a quote.

We process it to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and in our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep it for up to 12 months if you do not become a client, and then delete it automatically. If you become a client, it becomes part of your client record.

To prevent abuse, the form briefly uses your IP address to limit how many requests can be sent. It is held in memory for up to an hour and is not stored.

Client portal

The portal uses a single cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the portal to work and expires within eight hours. Scan results, findings, and the decisions your team records are processed to provide the service, under your agreement with us.

This website and cookies

The public pages of this website use the Google tag from Google Ads to measure which ads lead people to request a trial. It only sets advertising cookies if you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, no advertising cookies are set; Google may still receive limited signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, which it uses to estimate ad results. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of each page.

Who else handles your data

  • Google delivers the email that notifies us of your request, through Gmail, and measures ad results through Google Ads where you allow it.
  • Cloudflare provides DNS for our domain and forwards email sent to [email protected].

Our website, portal, and databases run on servers we operate ourselves. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. You can also ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected]; we answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
